Angelia Delcina Penn entered the world to Thurman Penn Jr. and the late Billie Faye Penn. She departed this earthly life April 8, 2022, at Baptist Memorial Hospital Springhill. Because of God's Grace and Mercy, Angelia was blessed with a chance to accept Christ as her personal Savior at an early age with Holy Temple being her final church home.
Angelia was a 1986 graduate of Hazen High School where she enjoyed running track and playing basketball. She attended Pulaski Tech College. She loved spending time with family and friends, especially the cookouts. She was employed at St. Vincent Hospital until her health declined.
Angelia was preceded in death by her mother Billie Faye Penn, maternal grandparents, Willie and Eva McGee, grandson LaMarquis Penn, brother, Douglass (Marie) Tony, paternal grandfather, Thurman Penn Sr., five aunts, Lona Good, Sherie Ceger, Helen McGee, Linda McGee and Sue Penn, four uncles, Ralph (Vickie) Penn, Billy James Penn, Charles (Debra) McGee and Larry (Sammy) McGee.
Angelia leaves to cherish her memories to her father Thurman (Sharon) Penn Jr. of Hazen, Arkansas son, Marcus (Jannett) Penn of Hazen, Arkansas, daughter, Mercedes Fuller of Little Rock, Arkansas, Aunt Jerri Penn of Maumelle, Arkansas, sisters, Julia Moffett of Garland, Texas, Denna Vaden of Dallas, Texas, Tina Coleman, Tosha Johnson and Frankie Stigger of Stuttgart, Arkansas, three brothers Thurman Penn, George (Cassandra) Penn of Hazen, Arkansas, Timothy Releford of Stuttgart, Arkansas, a sister-in-law, Marie (Douglass) Tony of Little Rock, Arkansas, four grandchildren, Maddisen, Maysa, Eric and Khanylah along with a host of other relatives and friends.
