Charles Lovelace Sr.

Charles Lovelace Sr. was born in Little Rock, Arkansas on April 9, 1948. He took off the flesh on Saturday, June 8, 2024, at the age of 76. Charles was joined in Holy matrimony to Eldonia (O'Neal) Lovelace on July 6, 1969; they were happily married for 54 years and 11 months. Within this union, they were blessed with two beloved sons.

Charles's professional journey was marked by his dedication and versatility. After graduating from Jones High School in 1966, he began a career that spanned various industries. He began at Wonder Bread, then moved on to Rudy Farm and Tyson, where he excelled as a supervisor. Later, he found his true calling in the Air Conditioning industry.

He was a previous member, and deacon of the Mt. Moriah Baptist Church in Scott, Arkansas. He became an active and longtime member of The Institute of Divine Metaphysical Research until his departure.

He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Booker T. Lovelace and Bertha Randall Lovelace. His sister and brother; Beverly Hunter and Arnell Lovelace.

He leaves to cherish; his wife Eldonia Lovelace, two (2) sons; Charles Jr. and Corey (Jeanine) Lovelace, seven brothers (7): James (Myra) Lovelace of Los Angeles, CA, Booker T. (Patricia) Lovelace Jr., Joseph (Earsie) Lovelace Sr., Rev. Therman (Shirley) Lovelace, Norman Lovelace, Rev. Herschel (Venita) Lovelace, Rev. Kenneth (Alice) Lovelace and one sister: (1) Debora (Michael) Bester and sister-in-law: Laura Lovelace all of Little Rock, AR, six (6) grandchildren: Marquies J., Montrell D., Haley S., Cierria D., Brooklyn L., and Zoey D. Lovelace, three (3) great-grandchildren: Aletta, McKenna, Adelynn Lovelace; special daughter: Camille Lovelace, special niece and nephew Marlo Lovelace and nephew Byron Lovelace and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Charles will be remembered for his kind heart, strong work ethic, and love for his family. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
