Johnny Williams Foster was born in Lake Village, Arkansas with his twin brother Jimmy Williams Foster, November 8, 1952, to the late Norma Alberta Foster and father, George Williams, Sr. Johnny was raised in Halley, Arkansas by his grandparents where he attended Chicot County School in Dermott, Arkansas. While in Dermott he married Mary Dean. After several years living in Dermott, Johnny moved to Little Rock, Arkansas.
Johnny worked as a construction worker for several years and later was employed with Arkansas Democrat-Gazette Newspaper where her retired in March 2015 due to failing health.
Johnny was preceded in death by his twin brother Jimmy, mother, Norma Alberta Foster, father, George Williams, Sr., grandparents, Virgil and Emma Lemmitt of Halley, Arkansas and daughter, Marilyn Williams, Little Rock, Arkansas.
Persons left to cherish his memories are his wife Mary Foster, two sons, Robert Williams and Jimmie Foster, Little Rock, Arkansas; daughter, Lakisha Williams Sexton (Kendrick), Farmington, Arkansas; sister, Martha Williams Johnson (Johnny), Little Rock, Arkansas; three aunts, Betty Shelton and Vergie Lawson, Little Rock, Arkansas and Bonnie White, Homewood, Illinois; two uncles, Robert Curtis Keys, Bedford Heights, Ohio and Robert Lawson, Little Rock, Arkansas, twelve grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews,cousins and friends.
