Laura Pearl Morris

Laura Pearl "Beanie" Morris transitioned peacefully from this life August 21, 2020 in Garland, Texas. She was born November 13, 1948 in Hazen, Arkansas to Julius and Leola Vaden. Laura married Benjamin "Ben" Morris July 31st 1971. All preceded her in death.

Laura accepted Christ at an early age at Prairie Chapel Baptist Church. She was a graduate of Biscoe High School. She was a dedicated mother and grandmother. Her most earnest prayer was that all five of her children would be saved and live for the Lord. The Lord blessed Laura in answering her prayer. She had a passion for sharing the word of God. Laura accepted her calling where she would minister for over 30 years and was a living example of God's word until the Lord called her home.

Laura leaves to celebrate her memory, her children: Cassandra (Kevin) Durr , North Little Rock, Arkansas; Kelvin (Helen) Vaden , Murrieta, California; Julia (Robert) Moffett and Denna Vaden both of Garland, Texas and Pastor Bryant (Shretta) Morris, Bryant, Arkansas; siblings: Elizabeth (Pastor Willie) Stephens, Judy (Cleofus) Penn, Lynn (Barbara) Vaden, Erma Vaden, Nancy (Lonnie) Murry and Lois (Walter) Watkins, twelve grandchildren: Shanae Rollins, Michelle Pettus, Otis Pettus Jr., LaShonda Rufus, Lloyd Smith, Anastasia Smith, Min. Donovan Patterson, Jalvin Wilson, DaShawn Mood, Darnelle Vaden, Julius J. Vaden and Kevin C. Durr, twenty one great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
