Louis Lency Valure, Sr.

 Louis Lency Valure, Sr., 75 of Lonoke departed this life on July 16, 2014.  He is preceded in death by one son, Jimmie Lee Sims.  He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife of 51 years, Dester Valure; three sons, Johnny(Karol)Ford, Phillip(Theresa) Ford, Louis (Kim)Valure, Jr.; three daughters Janice Horton, Linda Valure and Patricia Rankin; sister, Ruthie Wilburn; brother, Ira(Betsy) Valure; thirteen grandchildren, five great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. Louis was  well loved. He was a great father, grandfather and uncle. He was humurous and told jokes which made everyone laugh. 

Visitation will be held from 1:00-6:00 p.m., Sunday, July 20, 2014 at Serenity Funeral Home, 1851 Marshall Street, Little Rock. Funeral Services will be Monday, July 21, 2014, 11:30 a.m. at Gateway Fellowship International Church, 101 Alice Lane, Lonoke.
