Lucy Parker Slater, 69, of North Little Rock, passed on Thursday, January 11, 2018. She is survived by children Patricia Castellano, Eugene Slater Jr., Joyce Turner, Wanda Robinson and Renea Domineck. Service will be held Saturday, January 20, 2018, 11:00 a.m. at House of Refuge, 911 South Oak St., Jacksonville, viewing will be one hour prior to service.
