Nathaniel Austin

Nathaniel Austin transitioned from this world on November 24, 2020 at 11:50 a.m. after a brief, 5-week battle with COVID-19. He was a devout Christian who devoted his life to the Lord many years ago. He was a son, brother, father, grandfather, uncle and friend. Nathaniel was born on January 6, 1961 to the late Mack Ceasar and Eva Mae Austin in Scott, Arkansas. He is preceded in death by both parents, three siblings, Edward Austin, Eva Cooney and Lester Holmes, as well as his grandson, Harper Sails. Nathaniel worked for Petro and Citgo Gas Station for over twenty years.

Nathaniel leaves to cherish his memory three daughters, Amber (Charles) Giles, Cameo (Warren) Winston and Jelisa (Evan) Sails whom he shares with Lupeta (Amery) Byers, eight sisters, Rose and Stella Austin, Judy Hardin, Earnestine (Matthew) McClarty, Bernestine (Henry) Patterson, Althier (Henry) Jackson, Tameka (Brian) Washington Smith and Martha Gibson, five brothers, Mack Austin, Ulice (Yance) Austin, Robert (Yolanda) Austin, Robert (Carolyn) Washington and Richard Washington, thirteen grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
