Thurman Lee Clingmon Sr.

Thurman Lee Clingmon, Sr. was born on October 12, 1955, to Douglas and Addie Clingmon. He transitioned on May 1, 2026, at UAMS hospital.

He was a loving husband, proud father, grandfather, brother, uncle, cousin and friend. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother James Clingmon and sister Joyce Freeman. He spent his life farming and enjoyed his early farming years working proudly with his father. He enjoyed taking care of his family by being a provider and protector. He will be remembered for his kind heart and caring nature. He taught his family the value of love and kindness that will last a lifetime.

He leaves to cherish his memories his loving wife of 45 years Brenda; daughter Toni (Clemon) Jennings and son, Therman (Fallon) Clingmon, Jr; six grandchildren: Drasen Clingmon, Sr., Therman Clingmon III, Dilan Clingmon, Caleigh Jennings, Cyleigh Jennings and Tailan Clingmon; one great-grandson, Drasen Clingmon, Jr.; one brother, Edward Clingmon; eight sisters: Jewel (Emanual) Jones, Loretta (Robert) Dockery, Annie (Willie) Dockery, Betty McCoy, Alma Richards, Mae Avery, Marilyn Lee, and Douglas Louise Clingmon. He has a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
