William Gerald (Billy) Hall was a personable, charming and lovable son, grandson, nephew and cousin/big brother. He left this world suddenly on April 10, 2023 at the age of sixty two. He was the only child born to William McKinley Hall and Eunice Jean Davis Hall on September 29, 1960, in Little Rock, Arkansas. He was a product of the Lonoke, Arkansas public school system. After graduating from Lonoke High School, he attended the U.S. Academy for two years.
He decided to transfer to the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Programming from the School of Engineering. While attending the University of Arkansas, Billy pledged Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity. He trained as an aviator in the Naval flight program in the U.S. Navy, Florida.
Billy enjoyed attending University of Arkansas football games and spending time in the kitchen creating delicious meals which he posted on Facebook. He was a skilled trumpet and piano player.
Billy is survived by his loving mother Eunice D. Hall and first cousin/little sister Stacey D. Davis; plus a host of cousins, family friends, classmates, and fraternity brothers.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Homer and Ada Davis, father William M. Hall, and aunt Deanna Davis. All of these he loved and touched deeply.
