Wilma Jean (Howard) Carroll

Wilma Jean (Howard) Carroll, 77, was born October 5, 1942 to George Howard and Bertha Mae (Wilson) Howard in Lonoke County. She departed this life on October 2, 2020. The family knew her as Jean and the community knew her as Mrs. Carroll. Jean owned and operated Carroll's Home Day Care for over twenty years. She loved children. Jean provided childcare for her relatives, the community and surrounding cities.

She leaves to cherish her memories, her loving husband of fifty two years, Hershel Carroll, Sr., children, Valarie (Albert) Christopher Jr., Sherwood, Arkansas; Ann (Greg Sr.) Lairy, Sherwood, Arkansas; Angela Carroll, North Little Rock, Arkansas, and Allie Mae Carroll, Lonoke, Arkansas;  Hershel Carroll, Jr.; North Little Rock, Arkansas and Charles Carroll, Sherwood, Arkansas; four grandchildren, Brittany Alexander, Charles Carroll, Jr., Greg Lairy, Jr., and Sydney Carroll, four great-grandchildren, Zaiden Alexander, Aiden Thompson, Aycen Thompson and Maverick Sanders, five sisters, Dorothy Jimmerson, Nathelma Cole, Velma Donahue, Shirley Green, Judy Howard, one brother, Larry Howard, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
